Alessandro De Gradi

Alessandro De Gradi, graduated in Philosophy with a psychological focus in 1977. After graduating and some experience in the field of teaching, he joined Rizzoli Corriere della Sera, in the Corporate Personnel Department.

Alessandro De Gradi began his profession by dedicating himself to the problems inherent to human resources within the Rizzoli group. The second business experience matures in Ciba Geigy, where he deepens his experience in the "soft" area of ​​Human Resources (Selection, Training, Development and Compensation).

Since 1987 he has been freelance, working for over 20 years at ORGA, which later became MCM Selezione, in which he became a partner since 1993 and, for 3 years, also a member of the Board of Directors.

Since August 2010 he is Senior Consultant in Experience International Srl and since 1 March 2013 Senior Consultant in Sintex Selezione Personal Srl.
