The success of these programs is essentially based on the skills and qualities of the executives and managers. It may therefore be important to have information on the corporate climate: that is, to verify how managers and middle managers perceive organizational problems, their degree of personal involvement in the life of the company, their expectations.
Usually a structured questionnaire is elaborated, built on the peculiarities of the client company found during the analysis.
The examination of the completed questionnaires provides indications on the characteristics and orientations of the intermediate personnel or the company, on the degree of awareness of the role played and on the most suitable tools for individual insights and management interventions. These results can be the starting point for organizational analyzes and potential evaluation.
