Student guidance – Educational choices in Italy and abroad
Guidance programs for students facing school or university choices in the context of international mobility: young people relocating with their families to Italy or abroad, and students attending international schools who need to define their educational path.
The program combines guided discussion, reflective exercises and structured educational guidance tools to help the student develop an educational plan aligned with their aptitudes, motivations and aspirations.
To identify the student’s natural aptitudes, the program uses the Potentialis® method, developed in France. It combines sensory and cognitive dimensions and helps identify the activities and ways of working for which the student shows a stronger natural inclination.
Results are discussed and analysed to support more informed educational choices, grounded in the student's strengths rather than in external expectations or predefined models. The assessment is complemented by tools for exploring interests, motivations and professional environments. Depending on the student's needs, this assessment may be replaced by other exploratory methods. When the decision-making process is hindered by emotional blocks or fears, the program can be complemented by one-to-one coaching sessions, combining structured ICF dialogue with the neuroscience-based Wingwave® method.
