One-to-one coaching for international transitions
One-to-one coaching sessions for adults and young people going through significant changes, particularly those associated with international mobility.
The program provides support during the adjustment to a new cultural environment (culture shock), the return home after a period abroad (reverse culture shock), and significant transitions in one’s educational, professional, or personal life.
For accompanying partners, coaching provides targeted support when the initial excitement gives way to everyday challenges and it becomes necessary to establish new points of reference and routines, and build confidence in the new environment.
To address both the cognitive and emotional dimensions of change, the sessions combine structured dialogue informed by ICF coaching principles with the Wingwave® method. This integrated approach can help manage the stress associated with transitions, overcome decision-making blocks, and strengthen self-confidence and adaptability.
Coaching helps restore direction and clarity during times of change, turning uncertainty into an opportunity for greater self-awareness and personal growth.
Recommended for:
- Expatriates and accompanying partners adjusting to a new cultural and social environment.
- Professionals and families returning to their home country after a period abroad.
