Marcello Sinicorni, with a degree in Economics from Bocconi University, covers the first part of his professional career within the multinational consultancy Arthur Andersen, participating in certification projects of medium / large industrial companies.

In a second period Marcello Sinicorni dedicated himself professionally to economic journalism, with the creation of various sector studies and a weekly newsletter, monitoring the new managerial positions in the main Italian and multinational companies.

Since 1988 he has been involved in head hunting.

After some experiences within the companies Inlay, Aska, and Mercurio Misura where he was responsible for the Research and Selection area, he joined to the partners of Erre Emme, a search company for executives and middle managers, in 1999.

In 2006 he joined the Eurolabour Group, as a senior consultant within the Sintexecutive division.

His professional approach has always been connected to the execution of projects with direct research methodology, carrying out research assignments within different sectors, for management and commercial positions, and for specialized technical functions.
