Marino Scazzosi, after graduating from high school, followed humanities studies with a historical address at the Faculty of Letters of the University of Milan (up to a step away from graduation).

After experiences in journalism, publishing and teaching, since 1987 he has been dealing with Human Resources.

In over thirty years of work he has had the opportunity to learn and grow professionally in a leading company in Training, Research & Selection and Consultancy for the management of the Person: first with the IPSOA Training School, then in the Selection of Personnel in LT - Temporary Work (Istituto Centrale Banche Popolari Italiane) and in Athena Management Consulting, initially as an employee and then as a freelancer.

From 2009 to 2020 he was the founder and owner of Alias ​​Ad Hoc, a head hunting and consulting company, where he focused on the banking and financial market, in particular on Private Banking and Financial Advisory.

Passionate about people, the Person and the world around him, in his free time he dedicates himself to photography and to music played and sung.

Since January 2021 he is Senior Consultant in Sintex Personal Selection.
