Graduated in Business Economics from the Bocconi University of Milan, Patrizia Accardo specializes in Selection, Training and Organizational Development for Companies through Courses and Seminars at Hay, Elea, MCE and SDA Bocconi.
She began her professional career in 1983 in BassaniTicino as Head of Organizational Analysis and Procedures. In 1986 she joins Nestlè Italiana, within which she is Head of analysis and organizational interventions at the various companies of the Group. In 1992 until 1998 in Zambon Group Pharmaceutical she gained experience and growing responsibilities in the various functions of the Human Resources Department: selection and development of resources, compensation, training, organization, personnel management, lastly covering the role of Recruitment & Development Manager.
After three years in Paris, from 2003 until 2011 she collaborates with the consultancy company in the selection of personnel Corno Consulting, as HR Senior Consultant, working with large companies, Small Medium Enterprises and Public Bodies, of the national territory and of the nearby Ticino.
Since 2012 she has been working as a freelancer as Selection Consultant, Training and Human Capital Skills Development.
Since 2013 she collaborates with Sintex Selezione as Senior Consultant and follows companies in the Manufacturing Energy, Sales, Events & Exhibitions, PMI, GDO.
