Riccardo Sacco, psychologist. Master's degree in Work and Organisational Psychology. MBA at Profingest in Bologna (now BBS), Degree in Organisation and Human Resources at the University of Milan

Since 2008, he has been a senior search and selection consultant specialised in the Life Sciences sectors (medical, biotechnological, diagnostic and pharmaceutical) for the search of managerial or specialist roles in the areas of: marketing, sales, production, quality, R&D, logistics, ITC.
In the previous 20 years, he held business management positions within various companies in the bio-analytical and medical sector, including: 5 years at Pharmacia Spa as group product manager of the diagnostics division and 7 years at Tecan Group AG as country manager of the Italian subsidiary.
More recently, he acquired further skills through a three-year training course in Counseling (Transactional Analysis approach and Person-Centred approach) and at the Advanced Course in Career Consulting at the Catholic University of Milan.

Since 2018 he has been providing support for individual and professional development with integrated counseling approaches and coaching methodologies.
He is a chartered psychologist, enrolled in the A register of the Order of Psychologists of Lombardy.
