HR Manager – Italy

Role
Reporting to the Group COO, the appointee will:
Provide strategic, operational, legal, contractual and HR advisory support to the Italy Club Managers and Department Supervisors
Assist them from an HR perspective in ensuring that they achieve their business goals and targets
Support Club Managers in all aspects of recruitment and recruitment strategy; participate in the assessment of senior candidates
Ensure new employee induction and onboarding
Support Managers to ensure that a calendar of HR activities to include performance and compensation reviews is implemented
Manager an HR budget
Produce HR metrics, analysis and reporting to enable Management decision-making
Exchange and collaborate with the European and Group HR Management team
Candidate Profile
5+ years HR generalist experience at HRBP / HRM level
Experience from a multi-site service-based industry
Experience from the hospitality sector appreciated
Experienced in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Strategies
Experienced in delivering Training content
Experienced in the design and delivery of Staff retention strategies
Experienced gained from within an international Group
Willing to travel periodically to other clubs in other Italian cities and occasionally abroad
High degree of business awareness and commercial acumen
Experience in interacting with management and stakeholders
Willing to take on increased responsibility as the Group expands in Italy
Excellent development prospects in a solid and expanding international group
